You cannot return the product you have purchased.

Products that have been damaged during transport

Products that have been damaged in transit should not be accepted, and a damage form should be drawn up with the carrier. The product should not be returned due to minor damage to the packaging, such as small dents, which do not damage the product. However, if you accept the product, the carrier is considered to have fulfilled its obligations. Once we have received the damage report for the non-accepted product, our store will send you a new product as soon as possible.

Defective products

If you discover defective products that could not be identified upon delivery, please send us an email describing the fault and including your invoice and order numbers. If your reason for return is approved and you return the defective product with the invoice, the defective product will be replaced; The shipping costs for the return will be paid by you.

Incorrect products

For defective products that were not detected on delivery and occurred in the application, please send us an email with your invoice and order number stating the errors. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after the invoice is sent to our store together with the returned product; Shipping costs for the return will be covered by you.
